I have been working with Demond to get exactly the Ioniq 5 I want, which meant I had to order it and wait for it. Throughout the process, he was professional and made it easy to stay in contact. The dealership was impeccably clean and everyone there was friendly and helpful. We live too far away to use them for service but I would definitely go back there to buy another car!

Just picked up my new Tucson Hybrid at Empire Hyundai of New Rochelle and I couldnt be happier. The entire staff at Empire are a fun, caring, knowledgeable and respectful group. The front desk ladies Trisha J. and Alejandra V. always have a smile and pleasant greeting. My sales person, Ismael W., was a delight to work with. He went out of his way to make me comfortable on 3 test drives and offered a no pressure sales approach which I greatly appreciated. Ismael went out of his way to go outside, in the freezing cold, to get me a bottle of water because, none was available in the showroom. That is excellent customer service that you dont find elsewhere. Rajonie H, sales manger, a kind and caring negotiator, who left me satisfied and confident with the price I paid His honesty and forthrightness was impressive and appreciated . Michael S. in finance, answered all my questions and made the financing process seamless. I appreciated his friendliness and happy personality. A minor issue, on my part, occurred and he put me at ease immediately and calmed my concerns. Sarah K. made the transfer of insurance and registration easy and handled the process efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. She was very friendly and put me at ease immediately, with what can be a daunting process. A special shout out to Demond J., in sales, who explained all the bells and whistles the Tucson has to offer. Demond went above and beyond to make sure my car was spotless and sparkling when I arrived. Demonds kind demeanor and extreme patience made the pick up experience fun, pleasant and stress free. He was so nice to work with and showed a keen knowledge of the workings of the car. He offered his expert advice when asked and could not have been nicer. He was encouraging and offered his availability should I have any questions while I get to know the car in the future. Improvements however could and should be made in the refreshment area. It is a long process and having water, tea, or coffee available is a must. Its nice to feel appreciated as a customer and the little things do matter.
