Great experience with Empire Hyundai of New Rochelle. Demond Jones, Yousif, and Mike Sciortino were all a pleasure to work with. No games or unnecessary back and forth. They were straightforward with the numbers, patient with all my questions, and made sure everything was clear and I was comfortable before moving forward. Had a great experience taking on a new lease for a new Hyundai Tucson. Went to the dealership to see what my options were on my old Santa Fe that was coming due. Saw a beautiful new Tucson on the floor and fell in love with it. Demond help me again to secure the car. He was very helpful and patient. He spent 45 minutes with my insurance company trying to iron things out for the transition. He was courteous and professional throughout the 4 hours I was there. Made it a lot easier for me. If you're in need of a car at empire Hyundai I would definitely see Demond!

Empire Hyundai was the third Hyundai dealer I visited and the only one that was straight with me through the process. Credit goes to my sales agent, Demond Jones, who was transparent, didn’t try to take advantage of me, and worked with me to structure a good deal. Because of this, he closed with me the same afternoon. If you’re looking to lease or buy a new Hyundai, do yourself a favor and ask for Demond.

I have been working with Demond to get exactly the Ioniq 5 I want, which meant I had to order it and wait for it. Throughout the process, he was professional and made it easy to stay in contact. The dealership was impeccably clean and everyone there was friendly and helpful. We live too far away to use them for service but I would definitely go back there to buy another car!
