Today, we walked into the dealership looking to get information about returning our lease and getting a new car. We were approached by Erica who had a friendly and kind demeanor. She showed us a few cars and explained all the features of the cars. Erica heard our needs and what we were hoping to get. Pricing was one of our concerns and Erica did her best to get us a fair and reasonable deal. We didn't feel forced into anything and even though we are spending a little more, we couldn't say no. In all, we are happy we came today, spoke to Erica and got a fair deal.
