I can’t say enough good things about Jeremiah at Hyundai! I had visited four other dealerships before coming here, and unfortunately, I felt pressured and, at times, like I couldn’t fully trust the people I was dealing with. My experience with Jeremiah was completely different. He was honest, patient and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or rushed, and he made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Jeremiah made everything easy, straightforward, and actually enjoyable. It’s not easy to find someone in car sales who you feel you can truly trust, and Jeremiah absolutely earned my trust. I’m extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend Jeremiah to anyone looking for a Hyundai. While my note below on working with Jeremiah, remains same, I had to modify this review after my initial experience with the car, especially the pre delivery methods. They sent the car to a car wash which has completely ruined the paint with so many swirls and scratches and I am not able to get rid of them even with detailing or ceramic coating. Should have taken better care of it. The windows, body skirts and body has noticeable scratches and swirls that show in sun light. Jeremiah has made my car buying experience so smooth. No pressure. No obligation to buy on same day. Made me come back to him and finalize the purchase due to that attitude. Will definitely recommend.

UPDATED 6/4/26 DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY WILL SELL YOU A BUNCH OF LIES. WE'VE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS SINCE PURCHASING THE CAR. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. Empire Hyundai made buying a car simple. Our salesman Jeremiah was extremely, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. The dealership didn't have exactly what we wanted so Jeremiah made it happen. Jamie, the financial supervisor was also wonderful. He was efficient and got us a great APR. We walked into the dealership with the intent on just looking and went home with a car. Not only a beautiful, affordable car, but with an even greater warranty for the car. What a great experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.

Very nice and easy experience. Place was jammed because lots of people seeking Thanksgiving deals. So, had to wait a bit. But, the salesman (Jeremiah) and finance manager were very nice, professional and accommodating. Happy customer.

The lady I spoke to mani was really nice she acted Ias I thought a salesperson would, the guy I dealt with Jeremiah he acted as if he didn't want to sell a car l very poor communication. They also have a 1995 recondition fee that they dont tell you about until you get the bill of sales. I'm not saying don't go there, it just wasn't a good experience for me. I expected that a car sales person would make sure your happy and get try their best to sell you something. I had cash and they still couldn't finish a deal
