My experience with Jay and Darren was the best experience I’ve ever had in my 64 years of dealing with any service department. These two guys were exceptional and knowledgeable from the moment I walk into the the service center I had a great feeling and knew I made the right choice in coming hear them going back to Tasca Hyundai of Central Park Ave. These guys figured out the problem with my car within the hour and I was out of there so fast and most of all I was the happiest customer after dealing with two weeks of incompetence stay clear of Tasca of Central Park Ave and bring your service needs to Empire of New Rochelle because they know what they’re doing here. Thank you so much for all your help and getting me on the road again. You guys are AWESOME AND YOU ROCK!!!

Anthony the service advisor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable keep me updated on the service of my car right to the very end when service was complete my car came back clean, customer service area as well as the restrooms were clean reasonably priced for service Jay the service manager offered me service options I dealt with Jessica in another dealership so I know she's very professional they're lucky to have her on board

Outstanding Service at Empire Hyundai! I had an excellent experience with Empire Hyundai! Their team quickly identified the problem with my engine and took immediate action to get it resolved. They arranged for a complete engine replacement at absolutely no cost to me, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction and standing behind their customers. What impressed me even more was that they provided me with a loaner car while the replacement was being completed, ensuring I wasn’t left without transportation. From identifying the problem to providing a solution, their service was professional, efficient, and stress-free. I truly appreciate the way Jay and Jessica handled everything and would highly recommend Empire Hyundai to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers.
