We had such a great experience leasing our new 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy from Hyundai of New Rochelle! From the moment we walked in, Max was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions, let us compare different models, and made sure we found the perfect vehicle for our growing family. One thing that really stood out was how much he genuinely listened to us. We had mentioned how much we loved the brown interior, but unfortunately there weren’t any available at the time. We figured we’d have to go with a different color. When we arrived to pick up our Palisade, Max surprised us by finding one with the brown interior and having it brought to the dealership specifically for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it meant so much that he went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Mike, the manager, was also fantastic to work with. He helped make the entire leasing process smooth, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. Leasing a new car can feel overwhelming, but the team at Hyundai of New Rochelle made it such an enjoyable experience. We absolutely love our new 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy and are so grateful to Max and Mike for going above and beyond. We’ll definitely be returning for our next vehicle and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Hyundai!

Traded in a Hyundai for a great Subaru they had. Service was excellent. Courteous, fast, and no hassles. They follow up calls quickly with email or text and do not bombard the customer with sales pitches. Highly recommend this dealership. Shout out to Taj and Max.

I want to say thank you so much for Max the sales guy and Michael the finance manager for getting me approved for my new car I appreciate you guys and everyone else in that building beautiful people so helpful. How ever I requested 3 used car options, felt pressured rather forced to purchase a new car rather get elected to choose my own path for a used car. This car dealership has offered used car options yet hasn't been honest throughout the new driver car buying first impressions. Pre-Approved, denied used car fax and haven't been given the freedom to walk through available car options hence sat 6 hours in a chair just to get forced around into a car never given a marketing pitch yet even help with 3 used car options from the Internet hence 2 more all 5 used car choice without any CarFax Success. Thank you for my failed first impression.
