To the Empire Team,<br><br>How fortunate we were to have Sarah as our sales advisor last week. We were nearing the end of our lease and considering trading our Sonata for a 2026 Tucson. We were on the fence because my husband recently had several back surgeries and needs a vehicle with easy access and enough storage for his walker and wheelchair.<br><br>Sarah went above and beyond by sending us videos demonstrating the ease of the liftgate, including dimensions, as well as photos of the color vehicle we wanted. She even matched a promotion we found online from another dealer.<br><br>Because my husband could not physically make it to the showroom, Sarah worked with him remotely and with me in person. She even arranged for a driver to take me to my husband to sign the papers and return me to the showroom—all in one day—so that I could drive our new Tucson home that night.<br><br>We were amazed at how patient and accommodating Sarah and her team were. They truly exceeded our expectations, and we are thrilled with the outcome. A special thank you to Sarah, Jeremiah, and our excellent driver, Natalie, for all their efforts.<br><br>Sarah, we hope you are still at Empire in three years when we return for our next lease. Had a great experience with Sarah! I knew what I was looking for, so I had called and visited several dealerships, met with a number of sales reps, and I wasn't too pleased with the lack of transparency and indifference from the others. I called and spoke with Sarah @ Empire, and she immediately knew what to do. No games, no overselling. She was up front about what she had and what she could do, then her manager jumped on and was transparent on what he could and could not deliver. Then I got a call from the finance manager, Jaime, and he was just as transparent! I walked into the dealership knowing exactly what to expect, and Sarah had the car I wanted detailed and sitting out front for me. I sat with Jaime, he laid out the options without any pressure whatsoever, and I left with a number I was happy with. Traded mine in and drove the new one home that same afternoon. Huge thanks to Sarah and Jaime for that. Happy to say it was a very pleasant experience and I'd definitely ask for her again should I need another vehicle in the family.
