We brought my aunt in to Hyundai New Ro because her car after 13 years finally died. She is on a fixed income as a retired senior and was stressed about having a car payment. We met with Sarah right away who asked what was important to my aunt to better understand her need. After review, Sarah recognized the stress the process and payment was causing my aunt. Sarah was extremely compassionate and human and Instead of looking at it as a sale she was able to make adjustments to what would be comfortable to my aunts budget. My aunt walked out of the dealership with a brand new Elantra in under 4 hours with a payment that made her feel comfortable. Sarah was great and we would all highly recommend her service. In addition, Yousif came out to talk to us and was super helpful as well.
