What an amazing experience! As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted several times and asked if I was being helped. That level of customer service is few and far between these days. Sarah and James were great! Sarah sat down with me and went over all the numbers line by line. And my favorite part was when she didn't have an answer, not only did she openly say it, but also worked diligently to find the answer for me. Definitely a place I would frequent for my next lease.

The service is great from the moment you start communicating with them to the time you arrive. When arriving we spoke with a manager called Justin which is a sleazy guy that pushes to take more money from your pocket. I end up paying $1500 dollars more from the advertised price because I was buying cash but initially they wanted $3000 more which was quite deceiving to be honest. He also came with an estimate of cost with some “suspicious” extra expenses for registration which I call them on it and that charge was reduced but I still feel that I paid more than I should; this situation gave me a real bad feeling about the entire transaction. The car was in mint condition, they were fast with the paper work, plates and all. They also performed a recall update and deliver my car as promised very fast- - - many thanks Sarah.
