Absolutely in love with my new car and even more happy with the excellent service I received at Hyundai this week. Jeremiah Raghunath was so knowledgeable and extremely helpful, made sure I knew everything about the car, even checked in a few days later to make sure all was good. Yovi Perez was also stellar, was able to work with my needs, made sure I met everyone in the dealership and made me aware of everything I get with the lease of this car. Go see Yovi and Jeremiah ASAP if you want the best experience, car shopping sucks and they were a DREAM to work with. 10/10

I went in for service on my 2014 Hyundai Tuscon and Rob was an amazing help. I got a full diagnostic right to my phone allowing me to consider which services were top priority. He was courteous and attentive. Thank you! And later when I decided to trade in my 2014 for a 2024 Tuscon, I continued to work with a team of true professionals - Jose, Yovi, and Jaime. Jose made me feel right at home and was very detailed in explaining my new car; Yovi worked to get me the best deal possible; and Jaime made the paperwork a piece of cake! You all are the best!!! I am so happy I continued with Hyundai and want to send the team at Empire in New Rochelle. My sincerest thanks for their help to get me in my new car.
