Very helpful staff, especially Anthony Rivera, the salesman i dealt with who was very helpful, in recognizing my needs. Also manager Lisa A who worked with me. My needs were very specific, and Lisa A respected them and put the deal together. I had gone to another Lincoln dealer on Long Island before, and I was dissatisfied with the attitude. But at Empire they worked and understood my needs and satisfied them, I will go back again
