Fred was our sales person and we have worked with Fred before. He always finds us the car we want. He is always professional and courteous and we feel comfortable working with him on our new lease. He walks us through the many choices available and tailors our lease payments to our needs. When we picked up our Lincoln, Steven was the tech guy that walked us through the new car features on the 2026 Nautilus. It was a new learning experience from the 2023 Nautilus we returned. Steven understands this technology like he created it himself and without his patience and help, we would have struggled to understand all the features. Steven was great, he's very patient and answered all of our questions and spent at least 30 minutes walking us through the system and also setting up our profiles for various functions. It was a pleasure working with Fred and learning from Steven. He also said we can reach out to him anytime we have questions about the technology. We couldn't ask for a better experience in transferring to our new leased car. These guys are the Best!

We had gone to Empire Ford to trade in our Ford Edge and get a new one. Since they dont make that anymore our salesperson Fred Marotti suggested we look at the Lincoln Nautilus. We liked it very much and went with that instead. We are extremely happy with the Lincoln. Fred did a great job explaining all the features and answered all our questions. I leased my Corsair from this dealership last year after numerous previous Lincolns with them as well. Sam, Dave Toomey and Jason made this process extremely easy. Throughout the entire time I've had this car, they have kept in touch with me, made sure any questions I had were answered properly and they kept their word which is hard to find these days. Allie, Brandon and Fred were always helpful as well any time I stopped in for assistance. I am going to recommend them to all of my family and friends! I love Empire Lincoln.
