I love this service center! I have been working with Gus for several repairs and each time the service is exceptional! He always gets my vehicle in promptly when I schedule, he is always making sure I understand fully what needs to be done and my options. Thank you for excellent service.

I usually see Gus but he is out right now and Robert C. took care of me and my car this time. He treated me very well and made sure I was satisfied. Another good experience at Empire Ford/Lincoln. Thank you I went in for an oil change. Gus Vasconcellos took care of my car with excellent care. I always go to Gus because he really treats me and my car well. I know there is only a five star rating but if I could give Gus a 10 star rating I would. He is so accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. Gus is my go to person. Thank you for service on my car. Outstanding service on a difficult repair. Guss communication kept me fully informed. I had no idea what the cost would be and Gus and his manager were beyond fair. Best yet my adaptive cruise and collision avoidance system are fully functional on my five year old fabulous Continental!
