I usually see Gus but he is out right now and Robert C. took care of me and my car this time. He treated me very well and made sure I was satisfied. Another good experience at Empire Ford/Lincoln. Thank you I went in for an oil change. Gus Vasconcellos took care of my car with excellent care. I always go to Gus because he really treats me and my car well. I know there is only a five star rating but if I could give Gus a 10 star rating I would. He is so accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. Gus is my go to person. Thank you for service on my car.
