All the staff were courteous and tried their best to make the services provided work . Sometimes the car doesn't cooperate, Lol ,but they make every effort they can to resolve the issue and thank to all Rick, Trish, Laura, Bob the service manager, the drivers. Not last ..but I don't have his/their names, the awesome techs who worked on my vehicle.

My wife had a recent issue with her 24 Lincoln Nautilus. It turns out it was just a software issue. Ricky, my advisor had me in and out in 24 hours, kept me advised of the progress and then comped me with a full service car wash at my local car wash. And if you're reading this, I referred a friend to Empire Ford Lincoln Service who was not getting his F150 Lightening correctly fixed at 2 other local dealerships. He called me to thank me for referring him as his service advisor Rob, took great care of him, got his truck fixed and it was completely covered under his extended warranty. Thanks Empire for making me look good too.
