I was very pleased with the service that I received at Empire Lincoln of Huntington. The staff at this location was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I would like to give a special shout out to Service Advisor, Robert Ciaccio, who was kind enough to allow me, a walk-in to receive service on my vehicle in a very timely manner after I explained my situation to him. I don't know anything about cars but he worked with me and thanks to the awesome mechanics at this location they were able to solve a problem I had been dealing with for a while.

As ALWAYS !!!! Another easy fast and efficient service visit at Empire ! Robert Ciaccio always goes above and beyond to be sure everything is addressed in a timely manner. I drive very far to come into this dealership and I will happily continue to do so knowing when I leave my vehicle there I am in great hands. From the valet driver when you arrive to service advisor and cashier you are treated like you are their only client !!! lets not forget Trish, If you have had the pleasure to meet Trish in the Loaner department you will agree SHE IS AMAZING !! On lastly their service manager Robert Corrado will always be out and about making sure everything is running smoothly and the clients are being taken care of !! This dealership is TOP NOTCH !
