Ive finally traded in my car and i can say Im very pleased. The determination of workers such as Sebastian Tormo, Sam Greene , and all the staff shocked and impressed me with the kindness and great efforts to make a deal that was great for the both of us. My sales consultant was Luis Romero and for the first time in 9 years Ive felt welcomed and encouraged by a great team. Specially Luis with his personal support and approach of how to make sales and treat customers,Ive originally heard great things about this company as it states in the motto Where YOU are treated like Royalty I wasnt actually expecting to be treated like one, they never once neglected my needs and had so much empathy for me and my family. This is my second purchase of a Black Label Lincoln Navigator from Empire. I am pleased that everyone went the extra yard to make the best deal possible for me. I've owed and driven Lincolns my entire life since 1989 so i consider myself a loyal Lincoln customer. The sales staff at empire are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. One of the main reasons I started purchasing from Empire was because of the service department. The service department is BAR NONE compared to other dealers.
