Stephen is very patient and knowledgeable about the Lincoln SUV’s. We did not feel pressured at all and he was very patient. As it took us 2 months to find the right one for us. The delivery went smoothly as well! I recommend this dealership as you don’t feel you are in a factory type pushy one
