We had a really good experience with Empire Mazda. We got in to browse and look at what they have available and possibly trade in if numbers looked right. Brandon was great showing us the car and completely transparent with the numbers. He really works with you to match your expectation and finalize the deal. It was a good ppeasure to work with Mateo as well who was very respectful, and expalined everything as we signed and finalize our financing. And not to mention, Empire gave me a fair deal on trade in as well. Overall, we're really happy of our buying experience here and glad we started business with Empire Mazda.

I had a great experience purchasing my car from the Mazda dealership. I was just about to give up, but Steven and Brandon said they only want to help people and not to give up. I knew the dealership was over 1 hour and 15 min drive and bc they let me speak and listened it was worth taking that drive. I was able to drive away with what I wanted/needed for my family. Payment higher than I wanted but they are so educated there that they did me a solid with out even telling me what kind of loan my not so good credit happened to get and shouldn't have. I recommend you place your trust at this dealership.
