My brother and I both leased new Mazdas from this dealership, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Buying a car can be stressful, but the entire team made the process smooth, transparent, and enjoyable from start to finish. A huge thank you to Hossam, who was our salesperson. He was knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to answer all of our questions, worked hard to find the right vehicles for us, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. We also want to recognize Kelvin, the manager, who went above and beyond to make everything come together. He was honest, professional, and genuinely worked with us to make the deal happen. It’s clear he cares about his customers and his team. Finally, thank you to Mateo in finance. He made what is usually the most intimidating part of buying a car simple and straightforward. I went to Empire Mazda yesterday just to inquire and get some questions I had answered about the Mazda MX-50 Turbo model. I was greeted initially by Hossam who took his time addressing the many questions I had. And going over some of those questions while looking over the one in the showroom.
