I had to bring my 2024 Mazda CX30 for a blower motor issue. I worked with Janet on the issue and had the motor replaced under warranty only to find out that didnt fix the issue. Instead, it was a problem with a rodent chewed ground wire that prevented it from functioning. Janet was super patient with me and tagged team on communications with my insurance company to get the claim submitted and go through the whole process. She was super responsive and answered every question and detailed evrey step. After a painful month (mostly because I was out of the country for 2 weeks and how long the claim took to get paid), I finally got my car back in full functioning order! After having worked with many service advisors in the past with my VWs, Janet is by far one of the best (if not, THE best) advisor I've worked with and already am working with her again to bring my girlfriend's CX5 in for an unrelated repair!

They took the time to understand my needs and budget and made the process stress-free. Maria, Mitch, Brandon, and Janet were especially helpful and made the entire experience even better.
