We bought a Mazda after years of owning Toyota cars. This is largely due to the excellent customer service at Mazda of Greenbrook. We didn't get any deal ( does anyone ever get a deal from a dealership?), but we were so impressed by the process and smooth navigation provided to us by Kevin Flores, an outstanding salesperson! Third car purchase herein less than 2 years for mom and myself from Kevin Flores. I've shopped 60+ dealerships with fake fees. All NJ have doc fee. Here there was nothing else. I added NJ sales tax on list price and was simple fast agreement. I was in and out of the store in 75 minutes and that was with 30 minutes waiting for finance office.
