We went to the dealer on my wifes bday to buy a new car. We arranged pricing on the interned with great help from Larry S. I was very impressed talking and dealing with Sales Advisor James McLane. The initial process was flawless and James restored my belief that dealing for a new car does not have to be worse than going to the dentist for a root canal. No hassle, no pushing for fake add ons, just straight forward price I received previously in the email. Unfortunately, we will have to wait a bit for the new car since the one we choose was not in stock. Delivery should be in about a week. Eagerly waiting for good news from James. So far our experience with this dealer was outstanding. Will follow with detailed review once we actually get the car.

I initiated contact via their website and email and asked for the out-the-door price and their internet salesmen Jeff and Larry were very responsive and got me the information I needed very quickly. I went to the dealership in person and I was handed over to James who was super helpful. I was expecting some tense negotiations typical in a car dealership, but I was surprised how easy it all went. After the test drive, I showed him the numbers I wanted, brought up some coupons and offers I found online, then he came back with two price breakdowns to compare. It was all very transparent and he helped me figure out the better deal. Then on to the finance office which was so futuristic with a giant touch screen on the table to sign all the documents. I forgot the name of the finance guy but he was also easy to work with. He mentioned some additional upsells to which I declined. He wasnt pushy about it and just kept it moving. Finally, James took me to my brand new car. It was way past their closing time at this point and he could have just sent me on my way, but he stayed to walk me through every single button, all the lights and indicators, and all other high tech features of the car. It was impressive how much he knew. In summary, I highly recommend this dealership. Do your research, come prepared, and youll have a smooth experience.
