My brother and I both leased new Mazdas from this dealership, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Buying a car can be stressful, but the entire team made the process smooth, transparent, and enjoyable from start to finish. A huge thank you to Hossam, who was our salesperson. He was knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to answer all of our questions, worked hard to find the right vehicles for us, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. We also want to recognize Kelvin, the manager, who went above and beyond to make everything come together. He was honest, professional, and genuinely worked with us to make the deal happen. It’s clear he cares about his customers and his team. Finally, thank you to Mateo in finance. He made what is usually the most intimidating part of buying a car simple and straightforward. He explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure us into anything we didn’t want, and made the paperwork quick and easy. Overall, this was by far one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve had. I came to Empire Mazda by myself from PA for a Subaru Crosstrek I had been looking for. This was my first time I've ever gone through this process without someone with me and my team at Empire couldn't have made it easier or more pleasant. Starting with Nicole whom I worked with from the beginning sending me pictures and videos, taking me on my test drive, going over my finance offer. She was truly WONDERFUL! She was so kind and easy to talk to. I couldn't have felt more comfortable. Then Mateo helped me with all the paperwork and financing and he was extremely helpful with decisions and patient when I had an issue with my bank. Finally, I believe his name was Mason. I noticed a low tire pressure light on before I was leaving (at this point it was past their closing time) and he jumped in to put air in it and take a look to make sure there wasn't anything piercing my tire. Overall it was an amazing experience because of them. I will say next time I will be more observant on things like what shape the tires are in etc. but that is on me as a first timer being overwhelmed and just excited to get the car I wanted. Thank you again to Nicole, Mateo, and Mason for being so amazing throughout!
