We had a really good experience with Empire Mazda. We got in to browse and look at what they have available and possibly trade in if numbers looked right. Brandon was great showing us the car and completely transparent with the numbers. He really works with you to match your expectation and finalize the deal. It was a good ppeasure to work with Mateo as well who was very respectful, and expalined everything as we signed and finalize our financing. And not to mention, Empire gave me a fair deal on trade in as well. Overall, we're really happy of our buying experience here and glad we started business with Empire Mazda.

Mazda Greenbrook is the way a car buying experience should be. They go out of their way to please and the two reps who took care of us -- James McLane (Sales Advisor) and Kelvin Mangual (Sales Manager) -- are exceptional. Kelvin made sure from the minute he picked up the phone, before we even met in person, that we knew he was going to make sure we found what we wanted. James was equally as helpful and explained everything to us when it came time to run through the car functions. Anyone who works with Mazda can learn a lot from them both. Their business manager Mateo is also on point and extremely pleasant and professional to do all the paperwork with. Jobs well done to all. We are glad we made the trip from Ramsey. TY!

My brother and I both leased new Mazdas from this dealership, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
