I just completed a new Mazda '25 CX-5 lease. Empire bought out my prior lease's final 5 months and put me in a '25 CX-5 premium plus for basically the same payment I was making. The staff made the experience as easy as possible. Without too much detail, my thanks and compliments... to Mark the GM who simply made the decision a no-brainer and couldn't be more accommodating and informative... to Sam in sales who walked me through everything and made sure the car was fully prepped and set up my apps and Bluetooth connections... to Rich who worked me through the finances, made sure I understood everything clearly and just overall made sure I had a fair deal. Everyone involved is very professional and at the same time friendly, easy to deal with, never making you feel pressured about anything and answering any question clearly no matter how minor. I'm in NY so it was a bit of trip to go to Empire but everyone there made sure it was well worth my time! Thanks again to everyone.
