It’s rare to find an Indonesian speaking salesperson at dealerships as my English is not perfect but a friend from church told me about Rio. He made me feel comfortable and was able to explain everything to me in my first language. My credit also was not very good but Rio told me him and the Sales managers would help me get approved. I didn’t think I would be going home in a new car but they helped me get approved and I am thankful for Rio for helping me. Thank you so much Rio!

After trips to many other dealerships we decided to stop by Empire Mazda and let me just say it was the right decision. Rio our Sales Consultant helped us all the way from start to finish and made us feel welcome. The car buying experience has always been stressful for me personally but Rio was so patient and not pushy like many other Sales people which made me feel at ease since I don’t make impulse decisions. A few days later I came back to finalize my decision and drove off in my new car! Truly a wonderful experience!
