Very bad experience at the dealer yesterday… be cautious with any dealings in Sales snd Service. The two Sales managers, Victor & Sergio need to be held accountable for their actions in this matter and upper management should review this be fully aware. After they promised to have the vehicle towed in, evaluated, and should the repairs take more than one day, a loaner would be provided. After Justin, the service provider was taking the information for the vehicle Victor came back and said that they will not tow or evaluate the vehicle. This vehicle was just purchased in late February so there is a warranty of some sort or another, but they reneged. The general manager was in a meeting to discussed this but Victor just ignored us and was unprofessional and very rude speaking with us. The saddest part for the dealer and management is that a review like this will be read by many future buyers who will reconsider doing business with Empire Auto Mall. Justin, the service advisors took our numbers to have the General Manager reach out to us, but never received a return phone call. Next calls on Monday are to The State of New Jersey to file a complaint.
