Bernadine and Luke were absolutely amazing. My car had to go in for a second time. From the first phone call to when I picked up my car they were kind and helpful and caring. They were waiting for me at the service door, got me right in and were able to locate a loaner car. I cannot say enough about them. Truly kind people. Nothing but a pleasant experience because of these two gems. Soooo I have to add to this post. I had a long delay with the loaner refund. Once again Bernadine went above and beyond to direct me in the right direction and followed up with me. She’s is the sweetest , kindest and most caring person I have ever dealt with in customer service. Honestly I have never had this experience. She truly is amazing and I hope they realize her worth. For this I will refer people to Empire Mazda and tell them the experience was amazing because of her. Kudos Empire Mazda for having this GEM on your team!!!

My car battery died and I had a rough morning with ann unnecessarily mean tow truck driver. Everyone at empire Mazda really understood customer service. Bernadine got me in and was so kind and helpful. Lucas was communicative throughout, kind and efficient. I was able to work while I waited which was critical I would highly recommend the service department!!!!!!

Bernadine was so extremely helpful in fitting me in on a really busy day to get my oil change. I would have had to wait weeks if not for her help. Service was great.

My daughter and I had a great experience with Empire Mazda Service. She had an emergency situation, was out of state, and needed to get her car into service right away. Bernadine was able to accommodate us, even though the service schedule was full. She squeezed us in because she was compassionate about our very stressful situation. We cant thank her enough!

I called Bernandine with an issue with my trunk. She got me right in the next day. Rus took care of me and the services to my car. Needed to come back next AM, made me appointment with no issues. Car was serviced quickly. Bernadine really helped me out in a situation with a faulty part. Would reccomend this dealership for their quick service and very helpful and thoughtful staff. Thank you Bernandine and Rus!!!
