I just purchased my first vehicle (used 2023 Mazda CX-5) and I had a great experience working with Giovanni DiGiorgio. I did not know what to expect with this being my first time at a dealership, let alone knowing anything about cars, which definitely felt stressful at first. However, speaking with Gio made the entire process smooth and straightforward from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient (we asked many, many questions and took our time since this was a big decision), and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to walk us through everything, starting with browsing options and test driving all the way to insuring the car and finally handing over the keys. He truly wanted to make the experience as painless and comfortable as possible. I really appreciated how transparent and professional he was throughout the process.
