We had a wonderful experience leasing our new Mazda CX-50! James was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. Carlos in the finance department was also incredibly helpful. I had the most amazing experience purchasing my first-ever car, and I couldn’t be more grateful to James for making the entire process so enjoyable and stress-free! From showing me different vehicles and patiently explaining all of their features to going over the information and finance details, James was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and understanding of everything I was looking for. James truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He would text me updates about cars I was interested in, let me know when they would be available for me to come in and see, and was always so quick to respond to any questions I had. A Wonderful Experience After my daughter’s car accident, I had to purchase her a new car, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The salesman, James, treated her like one of his own daughters, with genuine care and kindness. He and the finance manager, Carlis, were incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything to us.
