I waited for over 1. 5 hours in the service department for an inspection and oil change. Before anyone had even looked at my vehicle, I received a text recommending more than $2,000 worth of repairs. After receiving the text, I went to the service counter and told them I only wanted the inspection and oil change I had originally come in for. The service advisor then checked on my vehicle and informed me that it had not even been looked at yet. So after waiting for an hour and a half, no work had been performed and no one had inspected the car, yet I had already been presented with over $2,000 in recommended repairs. That completely destroyed my confidence in this service department. I told them to return my vehicle so I could leave, and it still took another 15 minutes to get my car back. Based on this experience, I found the operation to be disorganized and unprofessional run by a bunch of incompetent boobs. It was a great time waiting in the waiting area. Arrived at 1:30pm and was out by 5pm. For a break paid and rotor replacement. The team Kaylah, Julisa, and the front desk receptionist at the sales desk was helpful, personable, and great speaking with.

Bri was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and professional & really went up & above to help me make informed decisions. The facility is beautiful & offers good coffee & bottled water while you wait. Julissa was also very efficient & friendly when it was time to check out!
