Empire Mazda of Huntington is the place to go..January 14 we bought a 2023 CX-30 preferred , Wally was great, answered all our questions, took his time , showed us everything inside the car, helped us with the apps .. Daniela was always nice to welcome us,the finance department was excellent in detail and Leslie on the phone was so nice and polite...they even gived us one year of oil change and more time on the warranties.. 100 percent satisfied, even a red bow...

Drove 45 minutes to see a vehicle they told me was on the lot, salesman told me that they sent it to get detailed so I had to drive back home. Salesman told me that he would text me when the car was back on the lot the next day, I called at 3:30PM after not hearing anything back and was told the vehicle wasnt back from the detail shop. I called the third day and got transferred to dead lines 3 separate times before they quit picking up my phone calls. I then drove 45 minutes to talk to someone in person and was told that the car sold the day prior. Car salesmen giving car salesmen the rep that car salesmen have, will never attempt to do business with them again. Jordan and Leslie, honesty is a phenomenal policy. Had I been told day one that the car had a potential buyer, or day two that it was already sold, I wouldve saved myself the time and not been upset about it. Cars sell, thats fine. Whats not cool is giving someone the run around, you guys are stinky and I hope you have a bad 2024.
