Tried buying a car and Luis the sales person would not even respond to my texts. Its been weeks. No professionalism whatsoever. ——————————- UPDATE 6/22/26 Updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I'm adding 2 stars because the General Manager, Sunny, reached out to me directly, and we are now in the process of working toward a solution. He has assured me that he will be handling the matter personally, which I truly appreciate. It means a lot when management takes the time to listen and take care of their customers. I will update my rating again once the transaction is fully completed and resolved. I'm hopeful that this experience will ultimately earn a 5-star review because I genuinely like the brand and this is my neighborhood dealership.

Such a great experience! My salesperson Michael Smith was very attentive and a pleasure to deal with. Ahmad Hosman was very pleasant, thorough and transparent explaining the financing. Sunny Kaliandasani (the GM) gave me a phenomenal deal too! Beautiful showroom + great people + transparent process and pricing = a wonderful car buying experience. Highly recommend! Oh, almost forgot. This car is sooooo much fun, Empire Mazda out here making driving great again!

Sunny Kaliandasani (the GM) gave me a phenomenal deal too! Beautiful showroom + great people + transparent process and pricing = a wonderful car buying experience. Highly recommend! Very disappointing experience with the financing process. My husband and I purchased a Hyundai Kona and the staff was friendly at first, but they were not transparent about the loan conditions. We arrived with a Chase preapproval that they completely ignored, and they ran our credit multiple times without clear explanation. The car was under $20,000, yet the loan they arranged pushed the total over $40,000. They also added a $4,000 charge without informing us, and when we called to request a refund, they refused to acknowledge or process our request. I do not recommend this dealership for financing due to their lack of honesty and transparency.
