Do not do business with this sales team . I have no complaints for the services area I’ve take my previous Mazda there a couple times. I recently had to trade in my leased Mazda and they’re so quick to get you in there and offer a sale and make it sound doable and care free until it’s 4-5 hours of sitting at the dealership and then they want to tell you your final numbers on what you’re paying. Jaime was trying to have me put all my stuff in my old car to the new car before I signed or saw anything in writing. Shawn and Josh tried to have me move the lease into my dad’s name without my dad present and even attempted to have us move all our insurance garaging info around on cars that had nothing to do with them for their banks benefit. I made a payment on my leased Mazda ahead of time and was promised to be refunded it. Was given the run around who would be responsible to refund between Huntington Mazda or Mazda finances. Shawn was supposed to handle it but never returned my calls. I had to be taken back into the dealership for him to “promise an over night check” with a crappy attitude , which I found out days later they aren’t supposed to / aren’t able to even do . I finally speak to general manager sunny who told me they would cut me a check , to pick it up, go to bank and be told the check was no good. It’s been a week of high anxiety and absolutely no trust in any of the employees. For a company like Mazda to hand over a check that isn’t good is unacceptable.
