I had an excellent overall experience at Empire Mazda of Huntington and would absolutely recommend this dealership. From the moment I walked in, the dealership made a great impression. The facility is beautiful, elegant, extremely clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, and even the small details stand out everything looks organized, professional, and the entire place smells great. It genuinely feels like a dealership that takes pride in the customer experience. I especially want to recognize Jamie, my sales advisor. She was outstanding throughout the entire process. She was professional, patient, friendly, and very helpful from beginning to end. She took the time to answer my questions, helped me throughout the purchasing process, and made communication much easier by assisting me in both English and Spanish. I never felt uncomfortable asking questions or taking the time I needed to understand the process. Jamie is definitely one of the main reasons my experience with this dealership was so positive. I also want to recognize the management team. I had a concern after the purchase regarding one of the protection products, and although there was initially a misunderstanding, management personally took the time to listen to my concerns, understand exactly what I was asking for, and ultimately provide a solution that left me very satisfied. That part of the experience actually increased my confidence in the dealership. Any business can have a misunderstanding, but what matters to me is how they respond when a customer raises a legitimate concern. In my case, management stepped in, communicated with me directly, and worked with me until we reached a fair resolution that worked for both sides. I truly appreciate that. Overall, I am very happy with my 2022 Mazda CX-5 Premium Plus, the buying experience, the dealership itself, and especially the level of attention I received from Jamie and management. Buying a vehicle is a major decision, and having people who are willing to listen, communicate, and stand behind the customer experience makes a big difference. Thank you Jamie and the entire Empire Mazda of Huntington team for the service and for making sure I ultimately walked away happy with my purchase. Bought a used car from Mazda Huntington. Worked with Rob Parm and he was a pleasure to work with and highly recommend asking for him. The GM Sunny was very professional and made the experience great. Hoss in finance made the financing easier than any other dealer. No pressure for adds one. Overall 5 star experience.

Catherine Espinoza-Corella and Jonathan Simeone are big assets to the team at Empire Mazda. They were courteous, personable, and professional when I brought my car in for service, even scheduling services that were not covered under my warranty. I've been to dealers before where they make you wait all day for minor services as well as attempt to charge you for unnecessary repairs. Not so at Empire Mazda. Fair, honest and professional describe them best. I trust my Honda HR-V to Empire Mazda and wouldn't go to any other dealer. Tried buying a car and Luis the sales person would not even respond to my texts. Its been weeks. No professionalism whatsoever. ——————————- UPDATE 6/22/26 Updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I'm adding 2 stars because the General Manager, Sunny, reached out to me directly, and we are now in the process of working toward a solution. He has assured me that he will be handling the matter personally, which I truly appreciate. It means a lot when management takes the time to listen and take care of their customers. I will update my rating again once the transaction is fully completed and resolved. I'm hopeful that this experience will ultimately earn a 5-star review because I genuinely like the brand and this is my neighborhood dealership.

Russ, my service advisor, was very helpful. The general manager, Sunny, and the parts manager, Romain, were very helpful, as well. However, whenever a general manager has to offer assistance during a routine maintenance, something is not right.
