I had an outstanding experience at Nissan today, and I want to give a huge thank you to my service advisor, Ali Fares. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was originally going to cost over $70, but Ali was kind enough to take $20 off, bringing it down to just $50. On top of that, he completely waived the tire rotation fee, which was an unexpected blessing and truly appreciated. They also performed a certified multi-point vehicle inspection at no additional cost, giving me extra peace of mind about my vehicle. Ali’s professionalism, honesty, kindness, and genuine care for his customers made this one of the best service experiences I’ve had. It’s rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond the way he did. I highly recommend asking for Ali Fares if you visit Nissan for service. He’ll take great care of you and your vehicle.
