I recently went to the Nissan service department (Bay Ridge) because my car wouldn’t start without a booster, even though all the lights came on. The service advisor, Ali Fares, was patient, knowledgeable, and fair when we discussed pricing. He kept checking on me throughout the process, explained how long it would take, and made sure everything was okay before I left. That kind of service sticks with you. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. I highly recommend Ali to anyone needing service at Nissan.

My service was good. My service advisor ride did a great job and my mechanic Sammy was excellent now I'm being told that I have to make other arrangements to have my car worked on somebody's telling me Rod is not coming back or may not come back cause he's on vacation nobody seems to be telling me anything. I need to know what's going on because I rely on Wright to help me out Ali and I can't get a hold of you one of them. I don't know what's going on in this dealership because if none of these two guys are there, I'm definitely moving on to a different dealership. I had an outstanding experience at Nissan today, and I want to give a huge thank you to my service advisor, Ali Fares. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was originally going to cost over $70, but Ali was kind enough to take $20 off, bringing it down to just $50. On top of that, he completely waived the tire rotation fee, which was an unexpected blessing and truly appreciated. They also performed a certified multi-point vehicle inspection at no additional cost, giving me extra peace of mind about my vehicle. Ali’s professionalism, honesty, kindness, and genuine care for his customers made this one of the best service experiences I’ve had.
