I don't typically leave bad reviews, but the experience my wife and I had at this service department was so bizarre and unprofessional that I feel compelled to share it. We brought our Nissan Sentra in on August 20th for a transmission repair through our MaxCare warranty. For over a week, our car was essentially held hostage. We tried getting updates for days, leaving multiple voicemails for our advisor, Robert, and even reached out to the service director, Carmine, but we were completely ignored. When Robert finally did communicate, the entire situation turned into a mess of shifting stories and random charges. First, he claimed we needed a wheel alignment and an oil leak repair for issues that didn't exist when we dropped the car off. He couldn't explain the logic behind the repairs, and then later dropped them entirely, only to tack on a $190 charge for a corroded battery terminal instead. The billing process was where things became truly sketchy. Robert called my wife and told her the total was $770. When she questioned the math based on the amount previously agreed to, he couldn't give a straight answer. Instead, he got aggressive, yelled "give me a second!" at her over the phone, and began arbitrarily dropping the price to $590, then $402, and eventually down to $391 by the time we picked it up. To make matters worse, throughout these phone calls, he kept using inappropriate terms of endearment with my wife, calling her "my love" and "my dear." When we finally went to pick up the car, the entire situation just felt disorganized. The front desk employee's system showed that we owed $6,000. When she called Robert for clarification, he was right across the hall in his office, and his voice was so loud we could hear him through both her phone and his open door. He just told her to ignore the system and override it to $391. The complete lack of communication, the shady financial moving targets, the yelling, and the unprofessional pet names made this an utterly ridiculous and baffling experience. We will never bring a vehicle back here.

They do not properly take care of your vehicle, I came in with an issue of a leak near the carpet of the passenger side and they supposedly fixed the leak without thoroghly checking if their solution had actually fixed the problem. My car is still leaking water inside and they are just bouncing me around to someone different each time shifting blame on someone new. I tried to speak with the Service Manager Carmine on 4 different occasions in person and over the phone, he has never shown his face or returned my calls to help. I spoke with Rod and he is the worst service advisor there, he will give you a nasty attitude on mistakes he made and told me to call my insurance to commit insurance fraud for a mistake that was theirs. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST I WOULD NEVER WASTE A PENNY OR TIME HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!
