I had a great experience at Empire Nissan of Bay Ridge. Koji was an amazing salesperson—friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found the right vehicle for my needs. David, the Finance Manager, made the financing process smooth and straightforward. He explained everything clearly and worked hard to get me a great deal with no surprises. I took a new car home today , best experience in a dealership I’ve had in my life, from the start Abdul walked up to me and made me feel at home . Very comforting and welcoming, he showed me all the cars I came in for , was running around for me yet I’m a complete stranger. When it came time for the deal to close him , Reggie, And David broke it down to me as clear as day; I understood what exactly the payment would be and what I was paying for . would recommend to anyone looking for a car. 10/10 very friendly to NEW AND FIRST TIME BUYERS HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had a great experience working with Mostafa at the Nissan dealership.
