I walked in the dealership with a car that's over a decade. My main reason was for the service advisor to check why the engine light is still on after being serviced. I was getting frustrated and overwhelmed with the car. So i decised to trade it in and with the help with salesman Henry Jones i'm walking out with a car and my headache is finally lift off. Big shoutout to Henry Jones who worked with me and made it happened. Also a shoutout to service advisor Jack Cheng who also work with me for every maintenance request. We need more guys like Henry and Jack in order for companies to thrive.
