Empire nissan is the only nissan open on Saturday around brooklyn area. I only have time to service my car on weekend. Jack helped me and did all my recalls. He explained that recall is important and takes time to do. Great service!!!!

If i could give them a lower rate i would. Left my car to get serviced, it took them a month and some change just for them to brake something else within the car, JACK the adviser has zero customer service, miguel the mechanic as well put my car back with zero care. Everything in the hood was loose. I do NOT recommend any car get serviced there. They dont know what theyre doing.

A gentleman by the name Jack tried to sell me $9,000 worth of repairs. He was implying that some of these were necessary to pass NYS inspection. Passed the inspection elsewhere with ease. I am giving them 2 stars as their mechanics do know their stuff, but this particular service advisor is bad news: will rip you off while looking you straight in the eye. Glad I avoided this nonsense. Needless to say: this was my final visit to this dealership.
