Update as of August 13, 2026: I emailed Jennifer on Monday, August 10, and followed up again today. I have not received a response to either email. Joel actually reached out the same day I sent the email, August 10. During that call, I asked him about the email I had sent to Jennifer. He said he would speak with her and get back to me. I am still waiting to hear from him regarding both the proposed trade and the tickets the dealership agreed to pay. At this point, I feel as though I am being ignored and given the runaround. I have an email confirming that a check was supposed to be issued for the tickets, but I have not received any receipts or written confirmation showing that the tickets were actually paid. This is a serious concern. If the tickets remain unpaid and my vehicle is booted or anything else happens because of them, there will be a much larger issue. If I do not receive proof that the tickets were paid, I may have to pursue the matter through legal channels. I have tried to handle this professionally and have kept written documentation of every communication. I am simply asking the dealership to provide proof that the promised ticket payments were completed and to respond to my proposal regarding the trade. The continued lack of communication only adds to an already exhausting experience.
