GoogleWe had a good experience getting a new lease with Koji Zhu. He was kind and professional and straight forward. We would’ve loved to have seen and known all the additional costs (taxes, destination fee charge, admin fee, damage/wear/tear monthly fee) before we got to the final purchase. Even if it wasn’t exact numbers, knowing that was coming would’ve been helpful given we gave our limit of what we could afford on the down payment and monthly cost and it increased with all those additional fees. Having the finance manager involved earlier would’ve been nice to have preemptively been told those costs. Koji was professional, however, and we really appreciated his help. He did get us a car upgrade for the price we were willing to pay for a lower model which I also appreciated!

He was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you are looking to buy a Nissan, I highly recommend asking for Koji. GoogleThis is our fourth vehicle we have acquired from this establishment, and I must say that I have always had the opportunity to meet wonderful people. This time was no exception; they consistently have younger and more qualified staff, which is a source of admiration for me. At 23 years old, my life was completely different, and seeing young individuals with such capability inspires me. It is encouraging to observe how today’s youth are increasingly dedicated to their progress and to moving forward. On this occasion, I was fortunate to encounter the right people. That same day, as a believer, I asked God for the opportunity to meet the right individuals, and that’s exactly what happened. Starting with Robert, the mechanic in charge. Although we had only gone for a mechanical issue, we ended up meeting wonderful and highly professional people. Koji, it was a pleasure to meet you; I had never encountered someone with your qualities: respect, kindness, patience, and above all, professionalism. I was very pleased to meet you, and I know your parents must be very proud of you. On the other hand, David Rivera, with his knowledge and skills, guided us and advised us, helping us finance the new vehicle.
