Lei was an amazing sales associate! I had a great time and everyone at Empire Nissan was so friendly and knowledgeable. Lei answered all my questions and I could not asked for a better sales associate. Five stars is not enough if I could I would say 10! I was nervous about leasing a car but everyone at this facility made me feel welcomed and reassured. I definitely could not have asked for a better experience. I have been doing business with Nissan for over 9 years since my daughter was in college I love how patience they are in helping us to find the right car and the best deal for our budget .we would be calling for every little thing and they answer and assist service is great, the office is nice and comfortable very welcoming.
