I would give this dealership a 6/10, and those points are largely because of Omar. I initially came in to test drive a Nissan Sentra, but I also noticed a red Mazda. Omar went out of his way to move four cars so I could test drive it, which I truly appreciated. He was polite, patient, and easy to work with. I decided to come back later to weigh my options, and during that visit the manager, Phil, came over to speak with us. I explained that I was hesitant to purchase the Mazda because of the damage to the rear of the vehicle. Rather than discussing possible solutions or negotiating the price to account for the damage, he told me that I seemed “nervous and scared,” which was not the case. He then suggested that I look at a Nissan Kicks because it was more within my “price range,” despite me never discussing my budget with him. I found those comments unnecessary and unprofessional. As a customer, I expected a conversation focused on the condition of the vehicle and potential options, not assumptions about what I could or could not afford. Omar provided excellent customer service and may very well have earned my business, but unfortunately my interaction with Phil negatively impacted the overall experience.
