BEST experience we've ever had. From greeting us when we first walked in, the test drive and the final sale, we had an amazing transaction with everyone. Sasha, our sales associate, was great. Very helpful and informative on the vehicle we wanted. We chose the 2026.5 Rogue Platinum. He explained all the options and pricing they offered. We also met with Phil the manager who was a pleasure meeting as well Ray in the financial dept. He went over all the payments and all the options we can get. All in all, the most amazing car leasing experience we've had. Would highly recommend stopping and see for yourself. See Sasha and please, let him know how we really enjoyed his help. I leased a vehicle from Empire Nissan and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Before signing my lease, I specifically asked about the mileage allowance because mileage was important to me. I was told that I would have 15,000 miles per year. I later discovered that my signed lease only allows 5,000 miles per year, which is a huge difference over the term of the lease. When I contacted the dealership to address the issue, I was told that because I signed the contract showing 5,000 miles per year, that is what I am responsible for. The salesperson is now denying that I was ever told 15,000 miles per year. I understand that I signed the contract, but my complaint is about the information I was given before I signed it. Had I understood that this lease only included 5,000 miles per year, I would not have knowingly agreed to those mileage terms. I am very disappointed with how this situation has been handled and would strongly encourage anyone leasing a vehicle to carefully verify every number in the contract, regardless of what they are told during the sales process.
