Dishonest. Bait and switch. I confirmed the used truck I was interested in buying was still available. There were two emails and a phone conversation with Trisha just two hours before my appointment. I told Trisha I would be driving a long distance to see the truck but she confirmed that the truck was definitely still available and shed let the salesperson know to expect me at 3PM. I drove over an hour and a half to learn that the truck had never been for sale. The FTC Used Car Rule Not Ready for Resale sticker was still in the window and the interior of the car had not been cleaned from the previous owner. I was then asked if I would like to see some of their new trucks, which were over 20K more expencive. This was a classic bait and switch and a dishonest exchange. I do not recommend this dealership.
