Im sharing my experience to warn others about billing practices at this dealership. When I purchased my vehicle on December 31, 2025, a $2,500 key replacement warranty was added to my contract without my knowledge or consent. I only discovered it after reviewing my paperwork and immediately returned to cancel it. I was told I would receive a refund within 46 weeks. It has now been several months, and I still have not received that refund. Ive called the dealership multiple times this month. Each time, Im told they need to email someone and that Ill get a callbackbut no one ever follows up. To make matters worse, when I contacted the warranty company directly, I was informed that an additional key replacement warranty for $287 had also been addedagain, without my authorization or any disclosure to me. At this point, this feels less like an oversight and more like a pattern of adding unauthorized charges and delaying refunds. If youre considering buying a vehicle here, review every line of your paperwork carefully before signing, and follow up aggressively on anything that doesnt look right. I am still waiting for my refund and a clear explanation.

I visited looking for an optimal and cost effective trade-in for my cherished Maxima SR midnight edition. Surprisingly, I got what I wanted for a reasonable price. Milton was a fair salesman who reasoned with me on the transaction, including the trade-in price, purchase price of the new car, and other. This is different from the average dealer who seeks to close deals fast. Harold, the managing salesman, and was patient in my negotiations and made me feel at home since we came from the same culture. Austin, the finance guy, broke the numbers down digit by digit so I wasnt blindsided by hidden fees. Kept it reel and even gave me financial advice on how to get the most out of my trade. Theyve got great options, friendly salespeople, and WILL work with you as long as you too are fair. I recommend.
