I rarely ever do this as I tend to give businesses a lot of latitude but here we are with a one star review after exhausting all legitimate escalation avenues. I bought a used 2 year car from Empire Nissan and during the time of the sale it wasn't disclosed to me that the car only had one key. When I was handed over the car, I asked for the second key, my salesman Jethro told me that this car only came with one key and he is sure of it. I trusted him and went home. Lo and behold, it didn't and I couldn't set up many of the features. In an effort to resolve this, I emailed my sales rep the next day no response. Emailed again 4 days later no response. Called and left a message no response. A week later called and left a message for a manager, no reply. Super clear they avoided me. I decided to then go in person to resolve. Jethro wasn't there, so I tried talking to a manager and was put in touch with Mo. Mo was extremely dismissive and simply said, the extra key is 500$ plus, I can't pay for this. No ownership no middle ground. At this point, it was fairly apparent that all the stereotypes of a used car sales shop were materializing here. However, at this point, its not even about the money but principal and how they treat their customers. I didn't take this dismissive approach for an answer and asked for Mo's manager. Mo acted incredulously that how can I ask for his manager but he said sure, please sit for a few. I then wait 10 mins and talk to Scott. Scott atleast wasn't rude like Mo but simply said whatever Jethro said and why he is avoiding me he cant answer but still they have no resolution for me. At the end of the day, its one extra key, I went to an AD for the make and got it, but I think it would be a disservice to others to not leave a review here for this business just so they know what they are dealing with.

Huge favor this lady did for me on my first car. I was afraid I would not get approved because of my low deposit. The girl Zore and her manager Scot kept it all the way real with me and showed me how to build my credit. I am so happy with my car.

If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. I bought a I bought an Audi Q7 a little over a month ago from the dealer. Before going there I am thankful i took screenshots of the price on Cargurus as well as the dealer fees on CarGurus. Im glad I did because they tried to hit me with thousands of dollars of extra dealer fees as well as an increased price on the car. We got up to leave and they back peddled and decided now they would honor the listed price. We purchased the car. Car was completely empty of gas and we had to go right back to have them fill it up. Again in our contract. Additionally In our contract, they were supposed to detail the car (it had scratches) as well as supply rubber floor mats. After a month of calling the dealership 100+ times it was clear that they were not going to honor this promise. They also had the nerve to charge me to overnight my license plates when it was clear that they werent going to make good on detailing the car and other things promised. They said this was a charge from DMV, but never provided that receipt and only provided receipt of them, charging me the money. They wasted my time and were incredibly unprofessional and dishonest to both me and my husband. Ive reported them to the Better Business Bureau and we strongly advise you to never buy a car from this place. Beyond horrible customer service. Its very clear they only want your sale and they provide no assistance after. Two of the four tires were so badly worn the car would not pass inspection. One was ripped and the other one had been plugged and had a slow leak. They are run flat tires and are not supposed to be plugged. The dealer would do nothing about that as well. Stay away!
