My wife and I just bought a 2025 Outback and had the pleasure of dealing with Farid Charkhian. At first we weren't sure if we wanted a new or used car or even the model. Farid patiently guided us and answered all our questions, even though it was the hottest day of the summer. After the purchase he spent as much time as we needed explaining the myriad of features and controls to us. He showed us how to synch our phones and how to interact with the voice assistant. He is incredibly knowledgeable. This is the third car we have purchased at Empire and while all three experiences were great, Farid helped this one to be the best.

Empire Subaru is unique in sales & service. No pressure when buying, Service department is very good! Came in to buy a new Forester, they gave me a good trade price for my 2014 forester. The electronic dashboard turned me off in the new 2026 Forester. So i bought a used 2023 Forester from them. The salesmen Farid was knowledgeable & helpful. I would recommend Empire to anyone looking for a no pressure sales experience.

I had a wonderful my experience at Empire. We were greeted by Farid, he was very conscientious and accommodating. He got me into the car i wanted with no hassle or attempt to upsell. Purchasing/ Leasing a new car can be so stressful, I really appreciated that Farid was mindful of our time and my budget. He hit it off with my son so well he dropped plants off to his home the next morning! Such a pleasure! I picked up my new Crosstrek the next day!
