I had the best experience there! Keith took very good care of me. He set me up with a fantastic sales manager, Charlie and a fantastic sales person, Michael ! Together they gave me the best deal on my Subaru 🚙 I am so happy! And the finance manager, Michelle was terrific as well! What I like about this place is that there is no high-pressure at all! They ask you what you want and they take care of you! They handled my trade-in, got me the new car the same day and explained everything about the car and the finance and so on. I left there so happy! I have already recommended family and friends and will continue to do so! And I will be going back there. Next chance I get! Thanks guys !!!!

From the moment we walked in, Michael J. set the tone for what turned out to be a genuinely positive car-buying experience. He was warm, honest, and straightforward — he listened to what we actually wanted and never once pushed us toward something that didn't fit our needs. Over what was a lengthy buying process, that consistency meant a lot. The only friction came during the finance portion of the visit. The finance manager presented interest rates and information that differed from what we had already discussed and agreed upon with Michael, which created unnecessary confusion. She also continued to push the Gold warranty even after we clearly declined multiple times, asking us why again and again. It felt at odds with the respectful, no-pressure approach Michael had established throughout the rest of our time there. Overall, this is a dealership we'd recommend, largely thanks to Michael. If you go, ask for him — he's the kind of sales rep who makes a long, stressful process feel manageable. Just be prepared to hold your ground in the finance office.

We have our 2026 Subaru Outlook for a little over a week and really love it. We had four Ford Edges in the past 15 years and really loved it, unfortunately we were rear ended and car was totaled. Ford decided to discontinue it so we had to do some shopping. - Honestly, we dread going car shopping - first Subaru dealers we went to proved us right. Our next stop was Empire Huntington Subaru where we were introduced to Michael Jackson and what a difference from the other Subaru dealers. Michael was a total professional with all the knowledge of the Outback, explaining all the features, both in safety and technology. - he really made it easy for us to understand why this was the right vehicle for us. When we got down to price, there was no pressure, just great explanation on lease price, residual options, dollars down and final out of pocket cost. Michael made our decision really easy. We were introduced to the manager, Roldy, who wanted to make sure we were treated properly - all we can say - another true gentleman after we spoke. Picking up the car was smooth and easy - all paperwork from Empire staff and explanation of cars feature by Michael was outstanding, he really knew his stuff.
