I had the best experience there! Keith took very good care of me. He set me up with a fantastic sales manager, Charlie and a fantastic sales person, Michael ! Together they gave me the best deal on my Subaru 🚙 I am so happy! And the finance manager, Michelle was terrific as well! What I like about this place is that there is no high-pressure at all! They ask you what you want and they take care of you! They handled my trade-in, got me the new car the same day and explained everything about the car and the finance and so on. I left there so happy! I have already recommended family and friends and will continue to do so! And I will be going back there. Next chance I get! Thanks guys !!!!

Empire Subaru of Huntington was great. Michael Jackson was attentive informative professional and a great sales person. Never did we feel pressured and ultimately was out in the car we wanted. Additionally, Michelle helped with the financing and was effortless and done quickly. All and all a great experience. Don't go anywhere else. They will take care of you. This is our fifth car bought at this location. Would highly recommend and will be returning for our next car.

I have been buying cars for 40 years, and I have never had a more pleasurable experience than I did at Empire Subaru of Huntington NY. Our salesperson, Tucker, was an absolute angel; he helped us find a Forester in the exact color my wife wanted. He is thoughtful, passionate, and incredibly patient. Sometimes in life, you come across very unique people, Very seldom you come across a unique person that is a car Sales person. Just recently, I purchased a premium 2026 Subaru ascent and I had the pleasure of meeting a car Sale person named Tucker. From Empire Subaru in Huntington. First impressions are very important needless to say he truly had me at how are you ?and I knew from that moment he was not only unique, but he had a very good soul. What made him so unique, especially in this business was his old school mannerism and truly looking out for the customer without anything to benefit which in my opinion is selfless Tucker took the time to sit down with my husband and myself, and without any reservation, meet us feel like he both cared more about what we needed than what he was going to gain By time this was all said and done We were able to purchase this vehicle Without making us suffer financially. I would like to mention Michelle in finances who had patience and her only strategy was for us to have a comfortable monthly payment Ty Michelle Tucker, I want to tell you that you are truly an asset to this company not to mention the customers Not only did we find an honest sales person We also found a friend who only deserves the best thank you again Tucker

Tucker was absolutely amazing. He was very personable, did not make us feel pressured in to any deal or vehicle, and worked with us on making sure we were 100% happy with our purchase.
