Richard Ciarletta, one of the Service Advisors at Empire Subaru is definitely an asset. I've had three scheduled maintenance visits thus far (vehicle purchased in December 2024), and he has been my service advisor for the last two visits. I've gone for maintenance (oil change, tire rotations, etc) on both busy and slow days, and at all times, Mr. Ciarletta was always calm and composed. He never rushed me when it was my turn, and when one of the visits became longer than anticipated, he apologized and discounted my bill, which was unnecessary (I was fortunately not in any rush that day). My visit yesterday took all of 25 minutes (Oil Change and Tire Rotation). Dealerships get a bad rep. for being overpriced and overly pushy; Mr. Ciarletta is an example of this being false. He did recommend services, but just as gracefully accepted me declining them for the time being. Can I get my service done cheaper elsewhere? Maybe. But the cost of Mr. Ciarletta's professionalism and friendliness is immeasurable. Thank you Mr. Ciarletta! Hell Yeah Brother!!!

Staff is so great! Richard, a young lady I don't remember her name, Bryant & also a manager (sorry I'm so bad with names). All were helpful in service & communication updates. I've been with other Subaru dealers but Empire - hands down - has been the best by far.

I highly recommend Farid Charkhian in Sales. Farid is knowledgeable, patient and communicated with me every step of the way. He spent a lot of time with me showing me the new safety and tech features. I have been going to this dealership for the past 13 years for all my service and will continue to do so.
