They had a used 2014 Outback on their website. I contacted 4 Empire employees to make sure it was available. The salesman, Russ, checked the computer the car was available for sale and a test drive. Friday I test drove the car, agreed to their asking price and left a $500 deposit. I asked that they check the soft brakes and see if the 100k service and transmission fluid were ever done and would pick it up Monday. I walked out of there happy. 5 stars. That evening, I get a text that the car was already sold. No explanation. I go back the next day for my refund and the manager tries to upsell me on other high mileage cars out of my price range. I walked out of there feeling 2 feet tall. Empire Subaru is disorganized. They were selling a car that was sold. Pathetic. Unethical. Wasted about 4 hours there. They earn their 1 star rating. I will never go back.

Russ was extremely helpful and made the processes of buying a Subaru here very painfree. I would come back here for another car!
