Great pre-owned car buying experience. Visited the dealer on a rainy Sunday. Met Vinny and had a great learning experience. He allowed us to test drive several Crosstreks - this was a surprise for our son’s college graduation. He showed us the service histories and we were pleased to note the cars had 100% of their service performed at the dealer! Price was right. Bought the car and our son in in heaven. TY Vinny!

Our salesman Vinnie Rizzo was excellent as always. This is the third OB we bought from him and the 9th in our extended family. We test drove the '26, sat down and made a fair deal. He obtained the car for us in about 3 weeks, setup as we asked. The rest of the process was quick and no nonsense.

Lovely experience for my first time leasing with Empire Subaru! I worked with Vinny Rizzo to get myself a 2026 Forester, and I'm already loving the vehicle! Vinny was very accessible and easy to work with. I was able to text him with any questions or concerns, which was much easier than having to call every time I had a question. What I especially appreciated was that there was no need to really haggle with Vinny on the price; from my research, the deal I was given on the car was very fair. Michelle, who handled my paperwork, was also helpful and easy to work with. This was my first Subaru and first lease, and I'm looking forward to continuing to work with this team for service, etc. I'm only one day in with the new car, but so far, so good! Would definitely recommend to a friend!
